Day 01 AIRPORT PICK UP AND TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL

Day 02 KIGALI CITY TOUR

Your journey begins at the Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre, a deeply moving and educational site where you'll learn about the tragic events of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. The memorial offers a powerful narrative of how the genocide was planned and executed, revealing the devastating effects of divisive politics and propaganda. The tour continues through the historical heart of Kigali—where the city first began—on the way to Mount Kigali, the highest point in the city. At the summit, you'll enjoy panoramic views of Kigali’s vibrant landscape, a perfect moment for photos and reflection. As the day unfolds, you’ll explore local markets, ideal for purchasing souvenirs and handmade crafts. Depending on your interests, you’ll also have the option to visit art galleries, pottery studios, or eco parks, each offering a unique glimpse into Rwanda’s rich cultural and creative life.

Day 04 DAY 4: DRIVE TO AKAGERA NATIONAL PARK –SHORT DRIVE & BOAT RIDE

After breakfast mid-morning we will drive to Akagera National Park. Situated in the Eastern part of the country, Akagera national park is Rwanda sole savannah park.After checking in at our lodge, today we will enjoy a short game drive and a sunset boat ride.

Day 05 FULL DAY GAME DRIVE AT AKAGERA NATIONAL PARK

Game drives offer an opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, birds, and magnificent scenery especially that the park has more than 10 lakes itself. Akagera National Park, is home to over 500 bird species and a variety of mammals, including the Africa’s Big 5 (Lions, leopards, rhinoceroses, elephants, and cape buffalo) and other animals to look out for include: Giraffes, Bushbucks, Hippos and so many more.
